Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to workspace audit products purchased from Shouldersclearin, including Starter Remote Audit, Growth Workspace Review, and Enterprise Audit Suite. Because our services are delivered digitally and through scheduled consultations, refunds are assessed differently than physical goods.

Nature of Products

Workspace audits involve professional time, proprietary assessment frameworks, and customised reporting. Once a virtual walkthrough has occurred or a report has been delivered, the core service is considered consumed. This policy balances fair treatment of clients with the nature of professional services under New Zealand consumer law.

Cancellation Before Service Begins

If you cancel at least five full business days before your first scheduled walkthrough and no preparatory work has been performed, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid for that package. Cancellations made within five business days of the first session may incur an administrative fee of up to fifteen percent of the package price to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a walkthrough once without charge if you provide at least forty-eight hours notice. Additional rescheduling requests or missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of that session or additional fees required to complete the audit scope.

Starter Remote Audit

For the Starter Remote Audit priced at NZ$349, refunds are available only before the forty-five minute virtual walkthrough takes place. After the session, no refund is offered, but if you believe the report materially failed to address the agreed scope, you may request a complimentary review call within fourteen days of delivery.

Growth Workspace Review

For the Growth Workspace Review priced at NZ$649, partial refunds may be considered if fewer than half of the included workspaces have been assessed and you cancel for reasons outside your control, such as organisational restructuring. Completed assessments and delivered materials are non-refundable.

Enterprise Audit Suite

Enterprise engagements priced at NZ$1,450 or custom quoted amounts are governed by the statement of work agreed at booking. Refund and termination terms for multi-phase rollouts will be specified in that document. Unless otherwise stated, fees for completed department reports and executive summaries are non-refundable.

Dissatisfaction With Report

If you receive an audit report that omits major elements described in your package, notify us at feedback@shouldersclearin.site within fourteen days of delivery. We will investigate and, where substantiated, provide a revised report or appropriate remedy at no additional charge. Subjective disagreement with recommendations that fall within the agreed scope does not qualify for a refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns directly. Unwarranted chargebacks for delivered services may result in refusal of future bookings and recovery of reasonable costs permitted by law.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory New Zealand consumer protections where you qualify as a consumer. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and be fit for any particular purpose you clearly communicated to us.
