Services Description

Shouldersclearin provides remote assessments of physical and digital workspaces. Deliverables may include scored evaluations, written recommendations, and optional follow-up sessions as described in the package purchased. Our Services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, occupational health, or IT security certification unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least eighteen years old or have authority to bind your organisation to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate information when booking audits or contacting us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued for client portals or document access.

Orders and Payment

Prices displayed on audit-catalog.html are in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. GST may apply. An order is accepted when we confirm booking in writing or commence scheduled walkthroughs. Payment terms will be communicated at booking. Late payment may result in suspension of Services.

Client Cooperation

You agree to provide timely access to workspaces, accurate information about equipment and policies, and participation in scheduled sessions. Delays caused by client unavailability may affect delivery timelines and are not our responsibility. You warrant that you have authority to permit recording of workspace areas shown during audits.

Intellectual Property

All Content on this website, including audit frameworks, scoring models, and branding, is owned by Shouldersclearin or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited licence to use reports delivered to you for internal business purposes. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute our methodologies without written consent.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or Services to violate law, infringe rights of others, transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or harass our personnel. We may suspend access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

Disclaimers
